Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The ideal applicant will work with the partner, Conduct sales skill training which includes product launch training, agent inductions, new employee training etc. for all mapped channels (Agency, Banca, DST). This profile includes handling sales training for multiple branches & channels and will require to travel 7 – 10 days a month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for cascading training programs across the Region, addressing requirements of Agency, Banca, TPD/NBFC, and DST
- Interacting with Regional leadership & understand expectations
- Enabling internal & external stakeholders (employees and business partners) through the implementation of the training plan for all NBHI Employees/ Agents based in the assigned territory.
- Conduct knowledge & skill training which includes product launch training, agent inductions, new employee training etc for all mapped channels (Agency, Banca, DST)
- Tracking business performance across the channel, identifying productivity limiting gaps and supporting corrective action, through training and development.
- Providing additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making sales pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc.
- Initiate and run a project on impacting key business levers & enablers, and challenges.
- Checking the effectiveness of training delivery periodically, as per agreed formats/mechanisms.
- Acting as a nodal point for clarification of queries on rolled-out programs.

- Impact of training on key business parameters
- Productivity of HICs & Managers/ Team Leaders
- Cross Sell, Upsell & Renewal and Other parameters achievement
- Man days of training conducted
- Product knowledge levels of all the trainees.
- Participant feedback, Customer survey rating
- Satisfactory rating in all audits & compliance requirements
