About the Role

We’re seeking curious thinkers looking to co-author the next chapters of our story. Joining now means helping shape our vision, structures, and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future.

We're looking for a Data AI Engineer to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build an ambitious future for our flagship product.

What You'll Do:

  • Predictive Model Development:
    • Design and build machine learning models to analyze trends, predict outcomes, and optimize business processes.
    • Work with structured and unstructured datasets to develop models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision-making.
  • LLM Integration:
    • Fine-tune and adapt large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) for domain-specific applications.
    • Implement and enhance NLP capabilities, such as summarization, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and chatbot development.
  • Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:
    • Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets into formats suitable for model training and evaluation.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights that guide model development.
  • Model Deployment and Optimization:
    • Deploy and integrate models into production systems, ensuring scalability and low latency.
    • Continuously monitor and refine model performance using techniques like retraining, hyperparameter tuning, and model explainability tools.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Research and Innovation:
    • Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and LLM technologies to introduce cutting-edge practices and tools.
    • Explore novel ways of applying LLMs and predictive analytics to create business value.

What You'll Need:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience in predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
    • Proficiency with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and familiarity with foundational models like GPT or similar.
    • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python (preferred), R, or Scala.
    • Proficiency in ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
    • Experience in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
    • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills to explain complex models and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in deploying LLM-powered solutions at scale.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative AI techniques.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools for automating ML workflows.
