Growth Marketer

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who will be responsible for massively growing the NextBigWhat apps and products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a proven track record of driving growth through various traction channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across NextBigWhat apps and products.
Identify and test new traction channels to drive user growth, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Create and execute data-driven campaigns that optimize acquisition costs and maximize ROI.
Work closely with product teams to ensure a seamless user experience from acquisition to retention.
Utilize analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve campaigns and increase user satisfaction.
Manage conference marketing efforts, including planning, promotion, and execution.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on social media and email marketing.
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through various traction channels.
Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and A/B testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You will be measured on marketing performance (mostly conversion) and will directly report to the CEO.
