Role Overview:


As a Web Developer at Everstage, you will be instrumental in crafting our digital presence. Your expertise will drive the creation and maintenance of dynamic, scalable websites that blend aesthetic appeal with robust functionality. You'll work in close collaboration with our design and marketing teams to deliver exceptional web experiences aligned with our strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy advanced, custom websites using Webflow and bespoke code, adhering to industry-leading standards of quality and performance.

  • Architect website structures utilizing static and dynamic pages, and develop complex CMS databases and templates for scalable implementation.

  • Assume primary ownership of website development, managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks based on cross-functional requirements.

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website performance for enhanced speed, accessibility, and user experience.

  • Provide technical assessments, including development timeline estimations, requirement validations, and recommendations for optimal low-code solutions.

  • Integrate Webflow sites with third-party tools and leverage custom libraries to enhance both development efficiency and end-user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to deliver new pages, templates, and digital experiences in an agile, iterative environment.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in website development using Webflow or comparable low-code/no-code platforms

  • Demonstrated expertise in static and dynamic website creation, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Ability to independently develop custom interactions and animations.

  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and capability to translate designs into responsive, accessible web layouts.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD) principles and WCAG guidelines for creating inclusive, user-centric websites.

  • Knowledge of Webflow libraries (e.g., Memberstack, Finsweet) and experience in extending Webflow's native functionalities through applications.

  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks for data-driven website performance enhancement.

  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with design and marketing teams throughout the development lifecycle.
