Position Overview: 


As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and

customer service efforts. You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers

through phone calls to promote our courses and services, manage outstanding payments, and ensure a

high level of customer satisfaction. Your role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions,

updating customer information, and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs.


Responsibilities:



  • Reach out to prospective customers to introduce and promote our courses and services.

  • Follow up with current customers to collect outstanding payments.

  • Gather and update customer information and relevant data.

  • Address and resolve any questions or concerns related to our courses and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and phone calls.

  • Regularly update and manage the customer database.

  • Provide recommendations and solutions tailored to the specific needs and requirements of

  • customers.


Requirements:



  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional

  • phone manners.

  • Customer Service: Strong ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Proficiency in recording and maintaining accurate data and records.

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and update customer databases regularly.

  • Problem-Solving: Capable of suggesting relevant solutions based on customer needs.

  • Personality Traits: Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong drive to meet targets and

  • enhance customer satisfaction.
