Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and sales, eager to be part of a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and research potential customers using various tools and platforms. Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.

  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them on our solutions, and move them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create targeted strategies for lead generation and to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

  • Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the CRM with relevant information.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the overall market landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software or tech industry. However, people with other sales roles are encouraged to apply.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.

  • Self-Motivated: Strong drive to meet and exceed goals, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
