As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be identifying new potential clients, establishing a connection with relevant stakeholders, e.g., C-level, and securing quality meetings for our Account Executives. Alongside this, you will be part of a very international and diverse team with a vast array of different skills and knowledge to help each other.
- Meet and exceed sales targets ( # of sales qualified opportunities created).
- Reach out to and qualify prospects who have requested a demo, meaningfully engaged with Trullion’s free content, or attended a webinar.
- Research and understand target industries and companies to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to articulate Trullion's value proposition and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to new prospects in Trullion’s ideal customer profile segment.
- Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial interest to the first sales meeting.
- Work with Trullion’s Alliances team to engage new partners and nurture/expand existing partnerships.
- Spend a lot of time calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, with at least one year of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient in using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach software, and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Knowledge of the financial industry and understanding of financial automation solutions is a plus.
- Continuous curiosity, high energy, and team player.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
