We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and applications using various cloud platforms and advanced machine learning techniques.

 

·       Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

·       Develop and optimize machine learning models for large-scale applications.

·       Implement deep learning models, including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and advanced techniques such as Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

·       Use TensorFlow and other frameworks to build and refine models for Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks.

·       Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production environments.

·       Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, cloud computing, and machine learning.

·       Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.

·       Cloud Computing: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure ML, Google AI Platform.

·       Machine Learning: Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

·       Deep Learning & ANN: Proficiency in developing and implementing deep learning models, especially using Artificial Neural Networks.

·       TensorFlow: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow for model development and deployment.

·       NLP: Solid understanding and practical experience with NLP techniques, including text processing, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.

·       Generative AI & RAG: Knowledge and experience in working with Generative AI models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

·       Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others.

·       Leadership: Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and teams.

 

·       Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

·       Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production.

·       Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills
