As an SDR, you will focus on appointment setting and lead generation for upcoming industry events. Your primary goal will be to ensure Razor Labs has a robust presence and maximizes outreach to potential clients in Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. This is a temporary, remote position (Outsource).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and target mining industry prospects through online research, industry databases, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to match Razor Labs' target market and solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other methods to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to confirm and schedule appointments for industry events.
  • Event Preparation and Coordination: Organize and document appointments for industry events and provide logistical support for event activities.
  • Implement targeted outreach and follow-up strategies tailored to each event.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Analyze CRM data to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives. Effectively communicate Razor Labs' value proposition to potential clients and support cross-functional efforts.
  • 3 years experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation,
  • Solid experience working in the technology or mining sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
