New Rubric Solutions (www.newrubric.com) is a start-up based in Bangalore. The firm was founded by IIM Alumni, who have several years of experience with MNCs like SAP and Infosys, and has eminent educationists on their advisory board.

The firm has developed a highly differentiated and innovative solution for the Education space.

What You Will Do

Technical Development

·         Be accountable for development and delivery of  key product modules on web (java) and mobile (android) platforms

·         Integrate the modules with the remaining of the solution

·         Contribute ideas, design and implement them.

Who We Are Looking for

Techies with 2-5 years of experience.  You should:

·         Have excellent design and development skills. Be willing to code in different languages and platforms.

·         Be able to write  code that works correctly and efficiently

·         Be enthusiastic about playing both a leadership and hands-on development role.

·         Understand how to break own and others code.

·         Be interested in the learning and applying new technologies, tools or methodologies

·         Have a desire to develop an innovative, smart product.

Following skill set are plus:

·         Java/JEE, Web development, Android application development

·         Familiarity with Database and writing complex SQL Queries and responding to ad-hoc queries

·         Experience in Software Product design and development of a smart and scalable web product

·         A degree in Computer Science or a related field
