Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish recruitment requirements by understanding organizational objectives and discussing with relevant people in the company.
• Prepare job descriptions with inputs from engineering, product, sales and marketing departments.
• Build candidate pipeline with the help of online research, using social and business networks, working with recruitment agencies, scouting personal networks, employee and mentor referrals, educational institutes etc.
• Communicate company information, job benefits and organizational opportunities to potential candidates
• Pre-screen the applying candidates
• Manage the hiring process including interview schedules
• Design compensation packages in coordination with company’s management
• Manage the orientation and relocation of new employees
• Manage internship programme
• Manage all employee development activities and benefits
• Being on top of the employment trends and working with company’s management to draft suitable compensation, benefits and recruitment policies
• Understand legal issues related to employee management and address them

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in a recruitment/HR role
• Experience of recruiting for technology companies preferred
• Very good verbal, written and telephone communication skills
• Good people and interviewing skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Speaking fluency in Hindi or Kannada
